School is almost out for the summer, so that means it’s time for parents to start thinking about camps for children. Camana Bay offers a variety of camps to keep kids busy and active over the summer break. Activities range from cooking to photographic adventures, music lessons and sports.
At Picture This Studios’ Shutterbug Camp, children ages 8 to 16 embark on a photographic tour of the grounds of Camana Bay while learning the tips on how to capture the perfect photo and how to properly care for their camera. Campers can also participate in the Camana Bay Times Shutterbug Camp photography contest, with the winners earning a prize and getting their photos published in the newspaper.
Every child must bring his or her own camera to camp with a fully charged battery and a memory card as well as a hat, sunscreen and a water bottle.
The Shutterbug Camp runs from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and the cost is CI$45.00 per day. Spaces are limited; the application form must be filled out by a parent or guardian. Forms are available in store or upon request via email. For camp dates or to register, contact Picture This Studios at 345-943-3686 or email: [email protected]

There is a wide variety of sports to choose from at the 8th Annual Camana Bay Multi-Sport Camp happening at the Camana Bay Sports Complex.
