Last month, public sales were launched for Camana Bay’s first for-sale residential community, OLEA (pronounced “o-lay-ah”). The first two phases of the project, which is a joint venture between Dart Real Estate and NCB Group, consist of 64 residences.
NCB Group’s Sales & Marketing Coordinator Tania Knapik said there are many reasons why buyers should consider purchasing one of the condominiums, townhomes or duplexes in OLEA.
“In this new waterfront community, owners will benefit from the quality construction and development that the developers Dart Real Estate and NCB Group are renowned for,” she said, naming nine other reasons to own at OLEA:
Conveniently located —”OLEA is close to Camana Bay’s Town Centre, adjacent to Cayman International School, and just a short walk over the Rise to Seven Mile Beach. It’s perfect for those who want to avoid the traffic and leave their car at home for school, work and play.”
Sustainable and energy-efficient — “Features like solar panels and geothermal cooling will help to reduce the carbon footprint and significantly reduce operating costs for homeowners.”
Access to the Camana Bay Sports Complex — “Sports enthusiasts will enjoy convenient and preferred access to the Camana Bay Sports Complex, which includes two tennis courts, two basketball courts, one 25-metre swimming pool and a world-class sports field.”
Paved recreational footpaths and a waterfront boardwalk —”These will connect to Camana Bay’s Town Centre, for fitness and easy access.”
A centrally located park — “The park will have areas designed for seating, free play and picnics, with a dedicated playground for the little ones.”
An outdoor community BBQ and dining area —”These areas are ideal for parties and spontaneous gatherings with friends and neighbours.”
A community herb garden — “Budding master chefs and mini sous-chefs can make use of the community herb garden to provide healthy ingredients for their masterpieces.”
A large, resort-style swimming pool — “Owners can decompress from a busy week at work and spend free time relaxing by the pool, which is complete with an expansive deck and
A fully equipped gym and an outdoor yoga garden — “This will allow wellness enthusiasts the ability to work out or meditate without having to get in their car.”
Knapik says OLEA is already about two-thirds sold out of phase 1 and 2. Construction is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2019 with completion set for phase 1 in August 2020 and phase 2 in February 2021.
