Two of Grand Cayman’s most prominent developers are teaming up to deliver the first for-sale residential community in Camana Bay.
The residential project, which will feature offerings ranging from one-bedroom condominiums to four-bedroom townhouses, will be developed as a joint venture between Dart Real Estate and NCB Group. It will be constructed south of the Camana Bay Town Centre, adjacent to Cayman International School. Local architectural firm TRIO Architecture has been selected to design the project.
Dart Real Estate President Jackie Doak said the partnership with NCB is a demonstration of both organisations’ track record of creating developments that reflect quality construction, sustainability and thoughtful design.
“We look forward to collaborating with NCB Group to meet the demand for residential offerings in Camana Bay,” she said.
NCB Group Managing Director Matthew Wight said the company was excited to partner with Dart to deliver a successful, quality development.
“NCB has been developing homes and communities of distinction for more than 17 years on Grand Cayman and we are committed to building with the Cayman Islands’ future in mind,” he said. “We are fortunate that Dart Real Estate shares this same commitment.”
Dart’s Senior Vice President of Development Justin Howe said the Camana Bay community continues to grow, citing the construction of the new Foster’s Food Fair supermarket, the major expansion of Cayman International School and the planned five-star resort on Seven Mile Beach.
“A joint venture agreement with NCB Group further diversifies the development of the Town Centre at this important juncture in Camana Bay’s history with its first for-sale residences,” he said.
The sales campaign is set to launch in the fourth quarter of 2018 and construction of the first phase is expected to begin in the first half of 2019. Further details about the project will be released in the coming months. Visit camanabay.com for more information.
