Tickets are CI$20 for adults and free for children 18 years old and younger. Preregister by email at [email protected]
New: Historical Book Launch
Legend suggests the Cayman Islands owes its tax-free status to the fact that one of the people saved after the Wreck of the Ten Sail in February 1794 was a son of King George III. In the book, “The Wreck Of The Ten Sail: A true story from Cayman’s past” author Sam Oakley finds evidence that there was indeed a royal connection to the story. A free public launch of the book takes place Sept. 23 at 6:30 p.m. at Books & Books.
Fun: Walk and Wag
The Cayman Islands Humane Society’s annual Walk and Wag 5K Charity Fun Run/Walk at Camana Bay takes place on Oct. 1 starting at 7 a.m. Participants are encouraged to bring their dog, which must on a leash.
