Camana Bay’s banking and fiduciary services offerings are set to expand as Dart Real Estate prepares to officially welcome Butterfield to the Camana Bay community.
Butterfield will open its doors in Camana Bay’s newest building, One Nexus Way, later this year.
Michael McWatt, Butterfield’s managing director in the Cayman Islands, said the new location would be a full-service banking centre.
“The location will take advantage of Camana Bay’s popularity among residents as a shopping, dining and business destination, as well as the generous parking within the development,” he said.
Butterfield will provide its full suite of banking services, including teller services, two ATMs and by-appointment meeting space for its wealth management, corporate banking and lending services teams.
“It will be outfitted with the latest digital display technology and will additionally provide self-service banking spaces for use by customers,” McWatt said.
The Camana Bay location will be Butterfield’s fourth location on Grand Cayman.
“Our expansion and investment in a fourth banking centre at Camana Bay reflects our commitment to the Cayman Islands and our confidence in its continuing economic growth, with the Camana Bay development being both a driver and beneficiary of that growth,” McWatt said.
With Butterfield joining the Camana Bay community, three of the six retail banks on island will be serving their customers from Camana Bay.
