Scotiabank isn’t the only financial services industry business that has chosen Camana Bay as its home since last year.
Late last year, Advantage Insurance leased space on the third floor of 18 Forum Lane. Headquartered in Puerto Rico with office locations in the United States and Cayman Islands, Advantage has two primary lines of business. Its life insurance division issues private placement life insurance policies and annuities and its business insurance division provides captive insurance management services. It was originally incorporated in the Cayman Islands 25 years ago as a captive insurance management company.
“Advantage Insurance is a leading, forward-thinking, independent, speciality insurer, providing customised insurance solutions to high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners,” said its president,
The move to Camana Bay will help Advantage provide its clients with excellent service and support, Dixon said. “Camana Bay’s location and amenities fit perfectly with the Advantage vision of providing the very best environment to allow our clients to prosper.”
Earlier last year, Focus Administration Limited, a fund administrator licensed by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, occupied a ground floor office facing Gardenia Court.
“Focus Administration offers full administration service,” said Managing Director Michelle Cullen, adding that its services include net-asset-value calculation, financial statement preparation, audit support, share registrar and transfer agency services with all compliance-related requirements, registered office facilities and director services.
Cullen said Focus Administration was “thankful every day” to be part of Camana Bay.
“After 12 successful years in Cayman, Focus was looking to upgrade their facilities to a Class-A Building and location with a diverse offering of amenities from both a professional and personal view,” she said. “Camana Bay was clearly the only choice.”
