Label C, which opened its doors in Camana Bay this summer, has earned an International Property Award.
The interior design studio and furniture store located in Kapok recently was tapped for the 2024 Residential Interior Private Residence for the Cayman Islands. It picked up the award for its work on a spec home project, Paradise Pad.
"This recognition means the world to us, reflecting our dedication to creating spaces that blend luxury and comfort," interior designer and Label C founder Cynthia Tranel said. "This high-end spec home project is a true reflection of our passion for design and quality construction. We couldn’t be prouder to see it celebrated on this level."
Founded in 2019, the studio’s design team offers a full range of interior architecture and design services for residential and boutique commercial spaces. The company's services include interior design, interior architecture, furniture design, kitchen and bathroom design, custom millwork design, sourcing and procurement.
"I designed it from the ground up, architecture and interior, with no client in mind, and my husband Jordan Tranel, from Tranel Group, built it," Cynthia Tranel said. "A lucky family got to make it theirs."
The International Property Awards celebrate achievements by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. They are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, the U.K. and the U.S.
