It’s the most wonderful time of the year at Camana Bay, where every corner of the Town Centre is dressed up in lights, wreaths and a bit of holiday magic.

With thousands of twinkling lights draped across trees, railings and facades, the Town Centre has been transformed into a festive wonderland. The dazzling holiday display is the result of hard work and coordination from a dedicated team hanging more than 70,000 LED lights to bring the holiday spirit to life.

At the heart of it all stands Camana Bay’s iconic 42-foot Christmas tree, a shining focal point with 128 branches, each holding 250 LED bulbs — a total of 32,000 lights. It took a team of 20 people six days to assemble, decorate and programme the tree, creating an awe-inspiring holiday landmark for the community to enjoy.

“Creating a space where families, friends and visitors can come together to feel the spirit of the season in Cayman is something we truly take pride in,” said Dart Events Manager Alexandria Whittaker. “At Camana Bay, we want everyone to experience a bit of holiday magic — whether it’s snapping photos by the festive wreaths, gathering around the tree or simply strolling through the lights and soaking up the joy of the season.”

Throughout the season, visitors can catch the tree’s light and music show every day, with two performances: one at 6 p.m. and one at 7:30 p.m. The 15-minute shows combine holiday music with dancing lights for a memorable experience that delights both kids and adults, and the songs and light patterns will be changed every week.

While the LED lights hung around the Town Centre add to the festive spirit, they also use energy efficient bulbs. The current bulbs use .07 Watts each, which totals 4.9 kilo Watts for 70,200 lights. That represents an 83% increase in energy efficiency when compared to incandescent bulbs.

In addition to the tree, Camana Bay has created perfect holiday photo spots with two giant wreaths located at the Observation Tower and Jasmine Court, each designed to help visitors capture the spirit of the season.

Whether you’re stopping by to shop, dine or simply bask in the glow of the season, Camana Bay’s holiday decor invites everyone to slow down, connect and make lasting memories. The lights, wreaths and seasonal decorations create a festive atmosphere that celebrates the best part of the season: being together.
