At the beginning of June, The Flavour Tour changed up its ingredients a little. Those regulars – whether overseas visitors or local residents – who have done the Tour more than once know that the menu changes every week so the Tour always feels fresh. However, we have introduced some new changes to the format to add in some of Camana Bay’s newest members on the culinary scene, including Pani Indian Kitchen (opening soon), The Brooklyn Pizza + Pasta and The King’s Head. What can you expect from a night out on the brand-new Flavour Tour format?
Meet your host and start The Flavour Tour with a sommelier-led tasting of two wines at West Indies Wine Company. Start the night with a relaxing, hands-on and educational experience with a certified sommelier. After you’ve whet your appetite, The Flavour Tour host will take the group on a guided adventure through four of Camana Bay’s signature restaurants for a tantalising meal sure to leave you satisfied.
The Flavour Tour is a great opportunity to try out Camana Bay’s dining scene while enjoying fresh, farm-to-table-inspired cuisine. The first three courses rotate between Mizu Asian Bistro + Bar, The Brooklyn Pizza + Pasta, The Waterfront Urban Diner, KARoo, Abacus and soon, Pani Indian Kitchen, before finishing up at Gelato & Co. for dessert. Guests can expect to progressively dine around and enjoy three plates of food, each served with a unique cocktail pairing. Each week, the Tour rotates through three restaurants so you never know which restaurant you are going to get. This keeps things fresh and exciting and ensures guests come back for a guaranteed unique experience each time.
The evening will wrap up with a digestif offering at The King’s Head, a traditional English pub. Feel free to stay and enjoy the rest of the night with a pint or one of their delicious daily cocktail suggestions.
