CSDL may request access or permission to certain features from your device, including calendar, camera, photos, videos, contacts, reminders, social media accounts, Bluetooth and other features. You may withdraw your consent to derive access at any time by contacting CSDL or by changing the settings on your device (if your device offers those options).
CSDL may request access or permission to your device’s location data and track location based information from your device, either continuously or while you are using the App, to provide the location based services. You may withdraw your consent to derive access at any time by contacting CSDL or by changing the settings on your device (if your device offers those options).
CSDL may collect log information when you use the App such as:
• details about how you have used the service;
• access times;

CSDL may collect information that other Users provide about you when they use the App. For example, if another User allows CSDL to collect information from their device’s phonebook and you are one of the User’s contacts, CSDL may combine the information we collect from that User’s phonebook with other information we have collected about you.
When you use the App, CSDL may place one or more “cookies” or unique codes on your device. These are small text files that contain information that allows CSDL to identify your device or browser. They allow Apps to store information such as user preferences. CSDL may use this unique code for all or any of the following purposes:
• Identify you when you access, download or log-in to the App.
• To note the different areas of the App which have recently been accessed through your device. Information collected in this way may be used to develop and manage the online services of CSDL by, for example, storing information about your preferences so as to enable CSDL to customize the App according to your individual interests.
• Delivering content on the App which is relevant to your individual interests.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of any promotions by CSDL or any of its affiliates.
• Analyzing and improving App security.
Personal data CSDL collects will be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the Cayman Islands. Content that Users post or send will be shared with other Users; how widely your content is shared depends on your personal settings and the type of service you are using. For example, a photo posted to the App may be seen and copied by any other User.
CSDL may also indefinitely store any data that you provide to CSDL or any of its affiliates through the App or email. No representations or warranties are made as to how that data is stored, and in particular, you should bear in mind that no matter what precautions may be taken, such data may be hacked in a cyber-attack. Although CSDL takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of the data you may choose to provide CSDL from loss or misuse, unfortunately the transmission of data through the internet cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Neither CSDL, nor any of its affiliates, nor any of their respective employees, officers or agents or the provider of the internet services on behalf of CSDL or the creator of the App (nor any other person involved in the management or establishment of the App or otherwise involved in respect of the App) can give any representation or warranty as to the absolute security of the data transmitted using the App and cannot give any guarantee that such data will not be compromised by bad actors.
