SALT Technology Group is Camana Bay’s newest commercial tenant and its team of eight (and growing) has already brought the company’s unique personality to the Town Centre. SALT aims to remove the jargon from IT and help clients make smart decisions about technology, and their approachability and fun-filled approach to their work shines through as much in their workspace as their website and service offerings.
After celebrating with a launch party in August, the SALT team has quickly settled in and enjoys the community among office tenants, residents and visitors to Camana Bay. “It’s incorporated the Caymankind mentality very well,” founder Blair S. Lilford said. The team decided to set up their office in the Town Centre because they felt it was the epicentre of commercial activity on island. As Blair said, “Is there anywhere else you would want to start a business in Cayman?”
The team has embraced the Camana Bay way of working and playing, loving the ability to walk their kids to school from the office, grab coffee and lunch from Bay Market and enjoy an after-work glass of wine at West Indies Wine Company. Other perks of their office space include the flood of natural light they enjoy in the space and the ability to liven up their space and get a second wind by playing music on Friday nights.
If you are curious about what SALT does, the team encourages anyone to visit their offices on the ground floor at 62 Forum Lane to learn more about their services over a coffee and a game of chess.
