The Cayman Islands National Festival of the Arts (Cayfest) is Cayman s finest showcase of local talent. With an eclectic mix of visual arts, music, theatre, dance, fashion design, and cultural discussion this festival has an emphasis on local arts and culture. At the same time the festival stimulates and inspires local artists by including visiting artists from overseas.
 
Join us on Friday 9 April in Gardenia Court for Cayfest Culture Jam – an evening of free flowing music with scheduled performances by; Gordon and Atla Solomon, Harmony Scott, Kate Allenger & Sue Horricks, Annikki Brown, Wayneroy Randall, Twyla Vargas & Trilby Lingard, Bona Fide, Floets Prudence (Kven, Damani & James), Shameka Clarke, Derri Lee and Sarah McTaggart.
 
Between each performance audience members will have an opportunity to showcase their talents on stage during the open mic sessions.
 
10% of all sales at Books & Books this evening will be donated to CNCF (Cayman National Cultural Foundation). So come out and support this fantastic line-up of Caymanian talent which may just inspire you to strut your stuff as well!
