#FacesAroundTown: Meet Angela

“I know that time spent here is quality time.”

Angela has been the friendly face behind the concierge desk in Camana Bay’s Town Centre for six years. Having been trained in The Ritz-Carlton school of service excellence during her time working as the Guest and Resident Concierge with the hotel, Angela brought that wealth of experience and guest service with her to join the Camana Bay team, excited to be a part of the much-buzzed about growth of the Town Centre.

In the last six years, Angela has relished the opportunity to meet and chat to people from all over the globe and introduce them to all that the shops, services, restaurants and Town of Camana Bay has to offer.

Adept at knowing quality when she sees it, working with a budget and putting herself in other people’s shoes to come up with unique gift ideas, Angela has become the go-to person for those looking for guidance on gifts for loved ones, recommendations on where to eat that day and information on what is new and exciting in Camana Bay – whether it be special offers or event happenings. She often receives repeat visits from guests who have come to rely on her intimate knowledge of all things in the Town Centre to maximise their time spent here.

While full of advice for others, Angela loves to relax in Camana Bay as well and after six years, she has her perfect day down pat: “A great day is breakfast with friends, doing a little shopping, meeting my sister for coffee and then being able to watch a movie later on with the kids. A glass of wine at Abacus is always good too just before heading home.”

If you aren’t able to visit Camana Bay every week, not to worry – Angela will be offering her picks from around Town, whether it be the Farmers & Artisans Market or our shops, services and restaurants, on this blog and our social media channels so be sure to follow and look out for #AngelasPicks. If you have specific questions for Angela, contact us through our social channels and we will ask her for her input.

Above all, Angela hopes you enjoy every visit to Camana Bay: “The Town Centre is all about magical moments, mementoes and memories, and I’m grateful to be a part of that.”
